- Henri Guaino (* März in Arles (Département Bouches-du-Rhône)) war der Redenschreiber des Staatspräsidenten Frankreichs Nicolas Sarkozy. Guaino war von bis Ökonom bei der Crédit Lyonnais und Dozent an der ESCP Europe und der École Normale Supérieure dem Saint-Cloud (–). Später wurde er stellvertretender Generalsekretär des Pariser Clubs (–) und Dozent an dem Institut d’études politiques de Paris (–). Vom Mai bis zum Mai war er der Autor aller Reden Sarkozys. Guiano wurde bei der Parlamentswahl in Frankreich in die Nationalversammlung gewählt. Bei der Parlamentswahl in Frankreich schied er bereits im ersten Wahlgang aus. Er kündigte daraufhin seinen Rückzug aus der Politik an und bezeichnete die Wähler seines Wahlkreises als „zum Kotzen“. (de)

Henri Guaino (French:[ɑ̃ʁiɡeno]; born 11 March ) is a French speechwriter and politician who served as the member of the National Assembly for the 3rd constituency of Yvelines from to A member of The Republicans (LR), he previously was a special advisor to President Nicolas Sarkozy from until the latter's retirement from politics following the election.

Guaino was responsible for writing the Dakar address which Sarkozy delivered in and was criticised for being patronising towards the African continent.[1]
