Wendy Gay Murphy passed away unexpededly at the age of 56 on December 24th 2020 in Ogden Utah. She was surrounded by her husband and her 4 children. She was born Wendy Gay Marlor on July 10th 1964 in Salt Lake City, Utah to ReNae and Jim Marlor on a clear hot summer day, where she was welcomed into her new home by her only surviving sibling Sharon Marlor. Sadly, the Marlors lost another sibling “Jill” before Wendy was born. Wendy was a ray of sunshine to the Marlor family, for whom had golden locks of hair and beautiful big blue eyes. Wendy’s sister Sharon is the only survivor remaining in her small Utah family.
At the age of 7, Wendy's father passed away after an accident at home. ReNae then married James Sparks, who stepped in as her step father. After a long struggle, Renae recently passed away from cancer. Wendy loved and comforted ReNae and she fought along side her mother every step of the way until the very end.
