kofi hughes played 4 years of big10 football at indiana university where he was a two-time captain. he ranks eighth in yardage and tenth in receptions all-time at iu. kofi spent time in the NFL with the texans redskins, and bears at wide receiver.
post nfl kofi moved to naperville, il to build a sports performance company called fit speed, with nfl wr brandon marshall. after 4 years kofi left fit speed to build his own sports performance & personal training company, kofi hughes training. he is responsible for the athletic development and mentorship of over 40 athletes who have since earned division 1 scholarships.
in september of 2019, kofi and his wife stepped out in faith to build "The Factory", an athletic training facility in naperville, il. kofi also trains downtown chicago out of lateral fitness, an exclusive anställda training studio in river north.

Kofi Anyidoho
Ghanaian poet and academic (born 1947)
Kofi Anyidoho (born 25 July 1947) is a Ghanaianpoet and academic who comes from a family tradition of Ewe poets and oral artists.[1][2] He is currently Professor of Literature at the University of Ghana.[3][4]
He has received numerous awards for his poetry, including the Valco Fund Literary Award, the Langston Hughes Prize, the BBC Arts and Africa Poetry Award, the Fania Kruger Fellowship for Poetry of Social Vision, Poet of the Year (Ghana), and the Ghana Book Award.[5]
Biography
[edit]Born in Wheta, in Ghana's Volta Region,[6] Anyidoho was educated in Ghana and the USA, and holds a B.A. Honours degree in English & Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon, an M.A. in Folklore from Indiana University Bloomington and gained his PhD in Comparative Literature at the University of Texas at Austin.[3]

UPDATE TO EARLIER BLOG:
The 25th player to sign a national letter of intent for Indiana was Andre Kates, the national junior college player of the year from ASA College in Brooklyn, N.Y. He had 16 Division I offers including ones from Miami (Fla.), Oklahoma State, Clemson, UCLA, BYU, Oregon State, Washington State, as well as Illinois and Minnesota from the Big Ten. Out of high school, he signed a letter of intent to play at the University of Florida but didn't qualify academically. He took a couple of years off and then went back to school and went the JUCO route and now has two years of eligibility left. Supposedly, he's good friends with Jerimy Finch from when they were both looking at Florida and Finch was one of those players who talked to him about coming and playing at Indiana.
